Navy Federal Credit Union - Bad to worst

Navy federal said I’m locked in @ 4% then before signing the documents they raised the rate to 4.125%..Gave me some *** reason on why the rate was changed.Gabrielle told me she sent the documents to escrow ...Escrow told me they have not received them...this went on for a week...much of bullshit....stay away from Navy Federal
