Navy Federal Credit Union - Horrible and Slow Customer Service
I waited in a long line while waiting for them to take care of one particular lady who stayed at the counter for a whole 20 minutes. If a customer has something complicated to take care of, why not ask that person to step aside and wait for a person at the desk to help them, and take care of the next person in line.
All i wanted to do was make a simple deposit thats all but had to wait a long time in a long line. The line was out the door! There need to be a policy to how long a customer is allowed to hold up a teller, making lots of customers wait so long. Rediculous and poor service!
Also the few tellers did not even act like they care that the line was so long 30 minutes before they were due to close. (cleveland, ohio)
