Applied for a home loan, was approved all the way up to 6 days prior to closing date then denied. No communication or issues the entire month and a half that passed prior to denial.

Refuses to answer phone calling emails or even return calls. Emailed help services, they said the situation was discussed with me and they could not help. The person I was dealing with even blocked my emails. Horrible bank!

explained situation to another lender AMD my attorney who both said that Navy Federal never had intentions of giving us the loan, just that they wanted to take the money they got in the process.

Very rude people to deal with in other situations as well. We also lost $2000 with no house and no explanation and I will be transferring my money and accounts to another bank.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
