Ive been a member of NFCU for 5+ years! This bank is too much over time its 1 *** up after another. Today sealed it for meSooo today I have a personal emergency..EMERGENCY!! I get the same deposit..around the same day EVERY MONTH from ssi!! My account have $4.00 in it. Social Security release the funds on the 1st! Posted on 3rd into my account! Now I understand money cant be released til tomorrow but not being able to at-lease borrow from it! Told to apply for personal loan..pulled credit but have credit repair! Then got denied!! Guess $300 was too much to handle!

I had requested several times to make adjustments in my account for a charge I did not not DO in Mexico last January. Navy Federal has told me that they completed an investigation but has no show me proof of what investigation they completed for which they are deniying me the credit for the money I did not spend.

Navy Federal keep asking me for receipt and I don't have them, since the dude who did this to me was a taxi cab and they don't give receipts. Navy Federal also is asking me to show that I paid in a diferent way, I DID NOT PAY to anybody in a diferent way. !

was only one time when I put the credit card in the terminal the taxi driver had.

Navy Federal is asking me to provide comunications with the merchant, I have no way to communicate with the taxi driver. So, in consequence NAVY FEDERAL is deniying me help.

These are the pictures we took for our safety in taxi cabs in Mexico, my daughter were touring the city alone, so for our safety I told my daughter to take pictures. The first one is the cab that actually made the fraudulent charge, we were transferred to him by the guy in the second picture because I did not have cash and the guy in the second picture did not had his machine for charges with cards, so what he did was to call the second guy friend of him and met us on the route and we finish with him and pay him, the transportation was from calzada de Los misterios across from the church la Villa to la colonia condesa Norte. How in *** that can be $610,73 dollars!!! He said it was going to be $280$ pesos which in dollars is about $ 16.00 DOLLARS!! Give me a break, thanks for your help

Navy Federal Credit Union - Unauthorized taking of money.
Navy Federal took 1300$ from my account for a 8 year old credit card that they closed without any contact made with me to set up an arrangement. I let them know it was my rent money and they sent back$200 of the 1300. They continued to hang up and not care.

I had a balance of 4.00 and was charged this I know nothing about this. This is the 3rd time Ive been charged for something and had to pay 29.99 for nothing. I dont want to go in the negative ever I dont buy anything g I dont have the money for I did lose my phone and had to get a new one, not sure if that had something to do with it . But Im forever being scammed by apple in some way I dont attach my card to my phone at all anymore so I dont get how this can happen .

NFCU requires a minimum balance of $1500 average per month, or there is a service charge. You probably are getting hit with the service charge. You need to talk to someone to figure out a way to avoid this.

We have over $1700 in fraudulent charges (Around 90 different incidents) on our account t. The bank said there wasn’t anything they could do for use because they didn’t see any.

We lost at least $1,700. The bank hasn’t done anything to help us. I wonder how much it would cost to take them to court.

The investigation has gone no where.

They said something about an investigation but they havent shown us about it if they have. The guys my husband talk to keep saying that they were sorry but they couldnt help us get our money back.We have informed the police. They came to the house and we filed the fraud case. This is more or less where we stand. Absolutely no help from the bank. We are senior citizens (80 and 77) and really need our money. We were thinking thinking about calling the BBB. I read somewhere that we can report our problem to the Stare District Attorney.

They me the paper telling me they are reviewing it on Aug 4th and I havent heard anything yet on someone fraud my account and took out almost 1700. Out of checking and navy federal not doing anything I have made also a police report on Aug 8th

We still haven’t heard anything about our money. They don’t appear to be doing much.

They did say a one time that couldn’t find any fraud. Should I contact the BBB or get a lawyer.

Holding my money hostage

Tried to do a wire transfer to a crypto account. NFCU thought they would step in and protect me. They stopped the transfer and held my money $153K hostage until their security department was satisfied. The process took so long, I lost the opportunity and tried to reverse all the transactions and do something else with the money. Again, not until their security department was happy. IT'S MY @*$^%! MONEY, NOT YOURS.

They froze my a count this morning Monday. I have over 165 k in there. All transactions were justified. Not I have a wire of 427k die this week. So I'm closing my account and suing them for all I can.

Navy fed froze my a count over justified purchases. I have over 165 k and a wire coming for over 400k due this week. I'm suing Navy Fed and dropping them and suing them. I. Getting them for millions. I needed 200folkars for towing my 67 sunbeam Alpine and had to unnesswrily borrow the money. I am Also buying an ac Cobra and a gr 40 by Shelby

I put down $ on 9/9/22 & disputed it on 11/15 with NF. Was international travel co that can't be contacted by phone. Request to appeal the last dispute response based on NF's Ms. Talea who shared to send screen shot steps & request reinvestigation for refund. Merchant didn't make me aware that down-pays are nonrefundable until after my card number & payment was entered. Screenshots of purchase transactions, merchants advertises FREE cancellations and FREE changes screenshot, but merchant sent nonrefundable receipt to disputes & I after getting my payment. Free cancellation, free changes, but the no refund is not made clear & upfront so it's fraudulent advertising. Merchant wouldn't answer questions before the hotel was booked. checkin closer to Airport hotel and use $141 there, then check into originally booked 1 day later.. Merchant don't offer transfers or transfer discounts until downpayment is paid. Reached out for help, sale closer hotel, make commission off originally booked hotel to accommodate & clients not loose $, merchant was no help. Cheaper and changed checkin date directly with hotel than to get help thru travel agency. Have receipt to prove. If merchant refuses to accommodate 10 existing clients, that's $1400. It's the principal of the matter. Free cancellations & free changes mean to apply downpay, change 1 day later checkin to keep/maintain repeat customers.
