Navey federal credit union will not give me full service

I have been a member of navy federal credit union in the early 2000's. I have been incarcerated now that I out I reopen my account. Since Spetmber I have deposit over three thousand dollars. And cant not with drew any money. I have a government ID in the form of federal prison, A long with my birth certificate. What is the policy on document need for ID. One is a government document, and federal prison ID fit this description. But at this point the branches are not following the by-laws of Navy federal credit Union

I been i member of Navy Federal for years but in recent years they robed and stole months and years of ssi and blamed it on the stock market but the induvuals and employees at several different Navy fedral credit robed and imbeseded my skills former friends and famly and would sign pay so the ilegal used my name

Poor customer care

If wish I could give zero stars!!! I left Wells Fargo after 20 years due to major change in the banking laws by congress and as a vet thought NFCU; however, they are not interested in customer service. I transferred $72k from WF to NFCU, applied for credit card and was denied for a 636 Equifax score. I checked my score days later and it was 740. I called and was told they used TransUnion but, that score was 748 with 11% credit usage and 12 long term active accounts. I requested a reconsideration, and without pulling a new report the IVORY TOWER denied it again, "prior decision final". The next rep said put in another request since the IVORY TOWER doesn't take phone calls! B.S., I'm moving to a different institution and would caution others. These guys SUCK! See what I mean...Auto-reply.

BK 2002

Good morning, I file a chapter 7, after my divorce. And NFCU took a lose. I closed my account in 2004. And Here its 2021, and remarried and she's a member with NFCU. So I jointed and NFCU and NFCU reopened my old account, which has a flag for the BK in 2002. Now, its what 19-20years later and I wanted to bring my new car loan over to NFCU. i caused the credit union a loss and denied! I called and after a 46 mins of being transferred I has to call back and speak with the BK department. I was told I could never get a loan with NFCU even after all this time! And after working for NFCU for 5years. Purchased a home earlier this year, so income and credit are good. 2.375% Fixed for 30 years. But could not bring my new car loan over to NFCU.

To get credit for tax exemption, a $12,000 credit card paid off

I paid off a $12,000 credit card however it's missing from my credit report. As been paid in full. I am 100% disabled I have a tax exemption, I gave the paperwork to Navy Federal back in April of this year I went over there a week ago and met with them in their Mesa office and I gave them the same complaint I have not heard one thing so could you please respond in writing to my address. 900 West Broadway lot 25 Apache Junction 85120 my phone number is 480-265-****

Complaint pending..

Overcharging for homeowner's insurance paid to USAA. Now more than a month to resolve the issue. Challenge is attempting to get to the right person.

Terrible experience

I was a member of NFCU for years. I have two credit cards with them and CHK. I keep a high balance for emergencies. After over two years of membership, NFCU decided to freeze my account with a high balance and denied releasing the funds if you researched multiple lawsuits pending against NFCU.

Fraud

IN 2020 MY ACCOUNT WAS COMPERMISED FOR 1,500 SOME ONE DEPOSIT A FAKE CHECK IN MY ACCOUNT AND NAVY FEDERAL HAD THE NERVES TO SAY THAT IT CAME FROM MY PHONE I NEVER DID SUCH THING AND I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK I WOULD LIKE TO GET MY MONEY BACK THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING CASE STILL NOTHING AND MARY MCDUFFIE DONT RESPOND TO NOTHING SHE JUST DONT CARE ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS AND ITS SO SAD I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER 30 YEARS PLUS CAN SOMEONE REACH OUT TO ME

Re: Digital Investor Platform via NFCU Brokerages

The UI for the website is hot garbage. The rep couldn't even see a deposit that HAD GONE THROUGH. So I initiated another one. And what do you know? The first transfer was in fact initiated. HOW CAN A BROKERAGE SERVICE BE SO INEPT AS TO NOT BE ABLE TO SEE THAT A DEPOSIT IS IN FACT IN PROGRESS? And the customer service was trash to boot. Just an all around NO GO for my military brothers and sisters. Seems appealing. And then you realize the website sucks. NO APP. VERY LIMITED investment options. And you are paying for this.

VA Disabled Vet Mortgage

I was interested in possibly getting a VA loan through Navy Federal but after talking with them they are imposing a .75% penalty fee if your current mortgage is not with Navy Federal. Not sure why they are punishing veterans and running off potential business.

"a .75%" It's not a punishment fool, it's the cost to do business. It would seem your "business" isn't worth it to them unless you pay their fee.

Dangling "business" in front of people is old school and does not work anymore. At this point, you have a choice, deal with it or move on and stop the whining.

How much cash can be taken out at atm at one time

I had no idea this was a complaint line. I was just asking to see how much money I could take out of the ATM per day. I then called customer service and received an answer from a very nice customer service rep. I have always had great service from NFCU.......none better. I will pay more attention to where I submit a question from now on.
