Well, look at you. Pulling two cards in one Lame Post.

You pulled the newly minted COVID card and the old tried and true Race Card as a way to get out of a valid debt or whine when you don't get your way out of a fee that appears to have been caused by you. So, how did you get this fee? Bounce a check or spent money you didn't have in the bank? Here's what you do, don't be stupid and spend money you don't have and you won't have to worry about fee refunds.

OK..losers who pull cards love to say this. "You must work for them."

I submitted a mortgage application and then requested to speak to a representative. For over a week no one called or emailed. Their paperwork did not reflect the amount or conditions of my mortgage application. Furthermore, they were charging me fees that are illegal on a VA loan but refused to discuss the problem. I can't even get them on the phone to tell them I no longer want to do business with them.

I applied and received approval Sept 13th. Everything was going fine. The loan officer was great. The loan processor was a little unresponsive, and I was in fear of not closing on time. She pulled through for me and I’m closing a day early on Tuesday the 15th. The tentative date was Wednesday the 16th. I had read many bad reviews about their mortgage department and prayed it didn’t happen to me. It started to look like I was falling prey as well but again my loan processor redeemed herself and I’m closing. I’m so excited!! Thanks NFCU!!

I have a letter saying I paid off the loan in full. They are now trying to tell me that the loan isn’t paid off and I owe them $184. And change. I told them about the letter and read it to the supervisor. He said that “paid in full doesn’t mean it was paid off!” What the heck does paid off in full mean then???

Drug out a refinance for months telling us that it would be no problem. 2 months before deployment, 3 months after submitting application, we were told that we did not make enough money. As if that wouldn’t be known the day the application was submitted. I’m not letting this go, I will see this through till I stop breathing. NFCU screwed my entire family and didn’t think twice.
